The main body of the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is an octagonal building made of steel frame with reinforced concrete framework measuring 52 meters tall and occupying an area of 12,000 m2.
In all four directions of the roof with sapphire blue glaze tiles sits a saddle rooftop with an octagonal pointed roof.
