Day 2 Explore Hohhot, Transfer to Xilamuren Grassland

Day 5 Explore Ordos, Depart Ordos/Hohhot

Begin your day at the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan, a grand tribute to the legendary Mongol emperor. Though not his burial site, this ceremonial complex honors his life and legacy. Its architecture, rich with traditional Mongolian elements like ornate yurts, reflects the nomadic culture. Inside, historical relics and exhibits illuminate Genghis Khan’s remarkable achievements and vast empire. The site also holds deep spiritual significance, with ongoing ceremonies honoring his spirit.
