Begin your exploration of Beijing at Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. This vast space has seen many pivotal events, including the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949. A leisurely stroll leads you to the Forbidden City, the imperial heart of China for over five centuries. This magnificent palace complex served as the residence of 24 emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties, witnessing the rise and fall of imperial power. After Salat prayer at Niujie Mosque, visit the Temple of Heaven. Built between 1406 and 1420 by the emperor who also commissioned the Forbidden City, this sacred site was where the Ming and Qing emperors would honor the god of heaven and pray for a good harvest.
Day 3 Great Wall, Beijing Olympic Park, Wangfujing Street

Start your day with a wonder of the world – the Great Wall of China! Constructed from the 3rd century BC to the 17th century AD as a formidable defense against northern invaders, the Great Wall stretches an awe-inspiring 3,750 miles across North China. Discover the grandeur of Juyongguan, a formidable section of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall renowned as one of the “Three Great Passes.” Next, visit the Burning Cream Center to discover Bao Fu Ling, a renowned skin relief cream. This versatile product effectively treats a range of skin conditions including burns, insect bites, eczema, itchiness, and rashes. In the afternoon, explore the stunning Beijing Olympic Park, a vast complex built for the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2022 Winter Olympics. Day 4 Summer Palace, Bullet Train to Shanghai

Morning visit to the largest and best-preserved royal garden in China, the Summer Palace. Using Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill as the basic framework, the Summer Palace combined political and administrative, residential, spiritual, and recreational functions within a landscape of lakes and mountains, in accordance with the Chinese philosophy of balancing the works of man with nature. The natural landscape of hills and open water is combined with artificial features such as pavilions, halls, palaces, temples and bridges to form a harmonious ensemble of outstanding aesthetic value. Board second class high speed train to Shanghai in the afternoon (approx. 5 hours).
Day 5 Yuyuan Garden, Chenghuangmiao Market, The Bund & Nanjing Road, AP Plaza

Morning visit to Yuyuan Garden. This garden is a maze of Ming Dynasty pavilions, elaborate rockeries, arched bridges, and goldfish ponds, all encircled by an undulating dragon wall. Then spend some time shopping at the Chenghuangmiao market located outside the garden. Afterwards, stroll along the Bund and nearby Nanjing Road. The Bund refers to Shanghai’s famous waterfront stretching for 1.6km along the west shore of the Huangpu River. Nanjing Road is the main shopping street of Shanghai and one of the busiest shopping streets in the world. Conclude your day with a unique shopping experience at AP Plaza, a sprawling underground market renowned for its diverse selection of goods, including designer replicas and a wide array of electronics and accessories.
Day 6 Depart Shanghai
