Take a bullet train to Hohhot (approx. 3 hours) in the morning. Meaning “Blue City” in Mongolian, Hohhot is the capital of Inner Mongolia, nestled amidst grasslands and imbued with Mongolian culture. After lunch, commence a scenic drive to Xilamuren Grassland, a vast and picturesque expanse rolling out about 90 kilometers north of Hohhot. Be greeted with the grandest Mongolian welcome ceremony upon your arrival. Spend the afternoon exploring Xilamuren at your own pace. Day 3 Transfer to Hohhot, Explore Hohhot
