Itinerary

Your journey commences at Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public space. Witness iconic landmarks such as the Gate of Heavenly Peace, where Chairman Mao proclaimed the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, as well as the Monument to the People’s Heroes and the Great Hall of the People. A leisurely stroll leads you to the Forbidden City, now known as the Imperial Palace Museum. The Forbidden City used to home for 24 Chinese Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors. The last emperor, Puyi lived in the Forbidden City till 1924. After savoring a Halal lunch, embark on a visit to the Great Wall of China. In 220 B.C., under Qin Shihuang, the first emperor of China, sections of earlier fortifications were joined together to form a united defense system against invasions from the north. Construction of the great wall continued up to the Ming dynasty (1368–1644), when the Great Wall became the world’s largest military structure. Its historic and strategic importance is matched only by its architectural significance. 

Please note that the Forbidden City is closed on Mondays. If your tour falls on a Monday, this product is not applicable.

  • The itinerary is subject to change due to traffic conditions or bad weather.
  • The itinerary is flexible; changes can be made upon written request from travelers.
  • Full refund for cancelation made up to 24 hours prior to the date of your tour.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours or after the tour begins is non-refundable.
  • Please bring your passport with you on the tour.
  • It is required by the government regulations that travelers must provide their name, gender, nationality, passport number and date of birth to their tour operator upon booking a tour. Failure to do so could result in being denied access or admittance to sites and attractions during sightseeing.
